- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely) when you register.
- Trip information: trip names, traveler names, expenses, deposits, payment claims, and any photos or receipts you upload.
- Usage information: basic analytics about how the Service is used, so we can improve it.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the Service - calculating balances, sending manager invites, showing trip photos to people on the trip - and to keep your account secure. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Who can see your trip data
Trip details are visible to the travelers and managers you add to that trip. Nafakhum staff may access trip data only to provide support or investigate abuse.
4. Cookies
Nafakhum uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like your chosen language (English or বাংলা).
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and trip data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from Account settings, or contact us to request deletion of specific trip data.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
Nafakhum is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
